There’s no call-out charge. Our minimum working charge is £60, and that includes up to the first hour.
You’re paying for our experience in finding and fixing the fault, not for the time it takes.
We know a car repair is rarely a welcome expense. Our aim is never to waste your money, so we’ll always be upfront about what a job is likely to cost before we go any further.
Built on honesty
Honesty is important to us. We’re not here to make a quick bit of money. We would rather do the job properly, charge you fairly and help you as much as we can.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. There is no call-out charge. The £60 minimum covers us coming out to you.
What does the £60 minimum cover?
Coming out to you and up to the first hour of work. Plenty of jobs are sorted within that. If a fault needs longer to track down or put right, we will let you know and agree the cost with you before carrying on.
What if you can’t fix it?
On the rare occasion we inspect your vehicle and find it is a job we cannot take on, there is no charge at all.
Why don’t you list a price for every job?
Because no two faults are the same. A fixed price list would either overcharge you for a quick fix or undercharge for a complex one, so we price each job honestly once we know what it is.
Are parts included?
Parts are charged on top of labour. If a part is needed, you will be told what it is and what it costs before it is ordered.
